A MUST WATCH! I watched it last night and until now I couldn’t recover from the pain and grief I felt. I never cried like I did yesternight over a movie. ‘yung tipong gusto mong umiyak ng malakas pero kailangan mo pigilan kasi tulog lahat ng housemates mo’ .At hanggang sa pagtulog ko the stoning scene was still haunting me. I know a lot of people got the wrong impression on this movie. Like, Islam is this and that but mind you if a woman is truly guilty of adultery, stoning is not a punishment on her but a help to gain her honor and lessen the sins that she had committed. What made me super iyak was that Soraya was accused of adultery by her husband so that he can get rid of her and marry another wealthy woman. SHE WAS INNOCENT!
p.s. Woke up this morning with huge PUFFY EYEs!
